Service Structure

GST Help provides a basic compliance check for free, showing your sales volume, annual projection, and threshold progress. For ₹79 per check, users can unlock detailed compliance advice and audio guidance in their preferred language.

Pricing

  • Free Access: Basic compliance status, sales volume display, annual projection, and threshold progress bar
  • Paid Access (₹79): Detailed compliance advice, recommendations, and audio explanation in 6 languages (English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam)
  • One-Time Payment: Each compliance check requires a separate payment. No subscriptions or recurring charges
  • No User Accounts: Payments are session-based. Once you close the browser, a new check requires a new payment

Refund Policy - 72 Hour Window

We offer refunds within 72 hours (3 days) of payment under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If you paid but did not receive the detailed compliance report due to technical errors on our end
  • Payment Errors: If you were charged multiple times for the same compliance check
  • Service Failure: If the audio guidance failed to load or the compliance advice was not displayed after payment

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • After 72 hours (3 days) from the time of payment
  • If you successfully received and accessed the detailed compliance report and audio guidance
  • Change of mind after viewing the report
  • Disagreement with the compliance advice provided (this is informational only, not professional advice)
  • Browser closure or session timeout (payments are session-based, not account-based)
  • If you performed another compliance check and wish to refund a previous one

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be made via email only. We do not store payment records on our servers, so you must provide your payment details from Razorpay.

To request a refund within the 72-hour window, email us at: gsthelpindia@protonmail.com

Required information in your email:

  • Payment ID or Order ID from Razorpay (found in your payment confirmation email or SMS from Razorpay)
  • Date and time of payment
  • Amount paid (₹79)
  • Description of the issue you encountered (e.g., payment successful but report not unlocked)
  • Screenshot of the error (if applicable)

Refund requests will be reviewed within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: We do not maintain payment databases. Your payment information is held by Razorpay. You can retrieve your payment ID from the confirmation email or SMS sent by Razorpay at the time of payment.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store any payment records on our servers - all transaction data is maintained by Razorpay. For payment-related issues or disputes beyond our 72-hour refund window, please contact Razorpay customer support directly.

By making a payment and using this service, you acknowledge that:

  • The service is session-based; closing the browser will end your access to the paid content
  • Each new compliance check requires a new payment (no user accounts or saved reports)
  • Refunds are only available within 72 hours and only for technical failures

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
